It was designed to build optimal muscle and overall strength in all of the compound lifts using challenging overload techniques used by the best strength coaches over the decades. This program is for the female who has a couple of years of barbell training under her belt and ready for a challenge. With new overload methods introduced every three weeks, this program will keep you on your toes and finishing the 12 weeks stronger, leaner, and setting massive personal records! 12 weeks duration: 4 strength days per week with new programs rotating every three weeks.
