The Strong Happens 2.0 Intermediate Program is designed to take you to the next level with your strength. With new overload techniques released every three weeks, you can rest assured that you will be building muscle and setting new PR's in the gym over the next 12 weeks. This program is for any female that has at least a year of strength training under her belt and is comfortable with a barbell. Get ready to be challenged and have fun on this incredible 12 week journey. 12 weeks duration: 4 strength days per week with new programs rotating every three weeks.
