This program is for the female intermediate lifter that is comfortable in the gym with a barbell. Get ready for 12 weeks of workouts that rotate every three weeks. This program is gym based offering four days per week of upper/lower body workouts. There are new periodization/overload techniques introduced every three weeks. Get ready to get some serious gains and hit new PR's with this program. It definitely brings the heat! Strong Happens 2.0 can be done with or without completing Strong Happens 1.0 although we recommend doing them in order as they were designed. 12 weeks duration: 4 strength days per week with new programs rotating every three weeks.
