Strong Happens Intermediate program offers 3 days a week of strength training along with two days of cardio with the goal to get stronger in the gym as well as build your work capacity (with cardio) which in turn will allow you to lift heavier and become fitter over the 12 weeks. This is a great gym or home based program that is appropriate for the intermediate client that is still developing skills with a barbell (can replace with dumbbells) and learning overload techniques. If you have 6-12 months of gym experience, this program is appropriate for you!
12 weeks duration: 3 days per week strength/2 days a week cardio with new programs rotating every three weeks.
