The Strong Happens Advanced 1.0 program is for the advanced lifter that want to build a strong physique with advanced overload methods that target every muscle group evenly over the 12 week program. If you are a female who is comfortable with a barbell and machines and has a minimum of 12-18 months (recommended) of consistent trainining with heavier loads, Strong Happens 1.0 is the program for you. You will be introduced to new overload methods that have been tested for decades by the greatest coaches in the world designed to build muscle set new PR's (personal records) over the 12 weeks period.
Learn the key concepts of resistance training while building overall strength. This gym based program requires that you have access to basic equipment that you would find at most commercial gyms (dumbbells, cable column, bands, Leg Press, Leg Extension/Curl, etc.).
