If you’re a novice in the weight room, returning from injury, or simply want a slower pace, then this program is for you! Learn the key concepts of resistance training while building your booty. This program requires that you have access to basic equipment that you would find at most commercial gyms (dumbbells, cable column, bands, smith machine, etc.).
Month 1 has three training days per week and an optional fourth day, with an emphasis on introducing compound movements that give you the best “bang for your buck”. You’ll get comfortable with various exercises and types of equipment, increasing total volume each week and ending with some “money set” Personal Records! Spicy finishers will leave you burning at the end of each workout while allowing for proper recovery so you’ll feel fresh for your next training session.
Month 2 has four training days per week, with an emphasis on challenging exercise variations. Free weights, an increased range of motion, and unilateral variations will get you feeling strong and stable! Varying set/rep schemes and detailed educational information from your coaching team will insure you’re making gains.
Month 3 has four training days per week, introducing barbell movements and weight progressions. Finish your program strong with a week 4 testing week that will establish new benchmarks you never thought you’d reach! Weekly messages and form checks will keep you on track for your dream body.
