Physique Happens 2.0 Advanced is a 12-week plan that focuses on hypertrophy and strength designed to enhance body composition.
This advanced plan progresses through three 4-week programs that incorporate high-level overload techniques such as Contrast Loading, Trisets using the Bookcase Method, and Descending Drop Sets. With a four-day upper/lower split each week, you'll maximize strength, muscular development, and physique enhancement.
The workouts are designed to be completed at a gym. This plan is ideal for advanced lifters who have no current injuries and are ready to improve their physique.
As with any exercise program, you should have clearance from your medical provider to perform the workouts. This is especially important if you have low bone density or any medical condition that may limit the safety of performing these exercises.
