The Strong Happens 2.0 Intermediate Program is designed for the female with at least a year of lifting experience and who is comfortable with a barbell. This gym based program is designed to build muscle and gain strength all while setting PR's in the gym! You will be challenged with new overload techniques introduced every three weeks.
