Strong Happens 3.0 Advanced Program is appropriate for women with at least 12-18 months experience in the gym and comfortable with a barbell in all the major lifts. This program provides advanced overload techniques that are introduced every three weeks. This is a gym based program that offers four strength training days per week (2 upper body/2 lower body) over the 12 week block. The goal is to gain overall strength and muscle while building confidence in the gym.
