Strong Happens Intermediate Program is perfect for someone with at least 12 months experience in the gym and are starting to get comfortable with a barbell (or at home with some equipment). The goal for this program is to build strength in all areas of the body focusing on compound movements and introducing you to new overload techniques towards the end of the program. This program can be done at the gym (recommended) or at home with some equipment (Dumbbells, TRX, Bench, Bands).
There are 12 weeks (new programming every three weeks) of workouts that include three strength training days and two cardio days weekly aimed at getting you stronger and building your work capacity in the gym.
