Shred Happens is a 6 week fat loss challenge aimed at losing weight and building muscle just in time for the holiday season! There two programs that you will have access to: at home shred challenge that involves limited equipment and is for the beginner/intermediate client, and the gym shred challenge that is for the intermediate/advanced client. Both programs offer 6 days per week of workouts rotating between strength training and cardio. If you are time crunched, we have made the programs easy to scale back by just dropping 1 set of each exercise to shorten the duration. Most workouts will take between 35 (cardio) to 65 minutes (strength training). There are weekly zooms to answer your questions and 3 education modules that will be dropped every other week to show you the science behind the programming and what experts say on these topics.
