Welcome to the Hailey Happens Fitness App! Here you will find sample workouts as well as the Learn to Lift workout plan. This free group also includes sample workouts from the most popular collections - Power Happens and Start Strong.
Power Happens includes max strength workout blocks, high intensity and sprint intensity cardio workouts following Dr. Stacy Sim's protocols for peri and postmenopausal women. Start Strong is a novice program designed to introduce those who have not lifted weights get started with Strength Training. Start Strong is for the true beginner (novice) and includes follow-along videos and an option to watch the video demonstration and log the exercise into the app (like most of the workouts you will find in the library). And finally, Learn to lift is a 12 week (3 days per week) program aimed for the female wanting guidance on her strength training journey. Feel free to take as long as you need with the programming by repeating some weeks if you aren't ready to move onto the next block. Make this program YOURS. The goal is to safely guide you from bodyweight to barbell in 12 weeks (or more if needed). Enjoy getting more comfortable and stronger in the gym!If you are wanting to try some of my programs without a commitment, you will love these sample workouts as my gift to you for checking out my app. I hope you love them!
