The Power Happens Collections includes two groups (Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced) and one take and go workout plan (Express). Refer to haileyhappensfitness.com for a detailed overview of the difference between our groups and our “take and go” workout plans. The website is also where you can buy the groups or plan and will add the purchase to your app.
NOTE: The sample plans illustrate a sample week, but some of the workouts are blank because the sample week is meant to show you how a full week will be structured. We have included an example workout for each ‘type’ of workout (full body, upper body, lower body, HIIT, SIT).
