Power Happens is an intermediate/advanced 12 week program designed for the female 35 plus wanting to build strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility over the duration of this program. It is recommended that you are comfortable in the weights room (although can be done at home with limited equipment) and comfortable lifting heavy loads. It is also recommended that you have been approved for heavy strength training by your physician and are injury free.
Power Happens Intermediate/Advanced was designed for the female 35 plus that wants to build muscle and cardiovascular fitness over a 12 week period. The overload methods used in this program require previous strength training experience of 1-2 years and that are comfortable and safe lifting heavy loads ideally in a gym setting (although alternate exercises are listed for home use). It is recommended that you are injury free and have a good understanding of proper form before beginning this program.
