Free Programs (Including Learn to Lift)

Welcome to the Hailey Happens Fitness App! Here you will find trial and sample workout plans as well as my Learn to Lift course. If you are wanting a gym program, Strong Happens Advanced is a great sample of my most popular program aimed at building muscle in a gym setting. Do you love TRX? Suspension Happens is a fantastic at home or gym program utilizing dumbbells and the TRX for killer workouts! Every female I know loves to focus on building their glutes- try my free at home glutes program designed to build that booty!
NEW: We have added three sample plans from our Power Happens Collection. They are a week sample of each of the three plans (beginner, intermediate/advanced, and express).

And finally, Learn to lift is a 12 week (3 days per week) program aimed for the female wanting guidance on her strength training journey. Feel free to take as long as you need with the programming by repeating some weeks if you aren't ready to move onto the next block. Make this program YOURS. The goal is to safely guide you from bodyweight to barbell in 12 weeks (or more if needed). Enjoy getting more comfortable and stronger in the gym!
