Fat Loss Happens Spring 2025

The Fat Loss Happens Course and Challenge educates women on how to change their body composition (reduce fat, increase lean muscle mass) using methods backed by the latest science and research. In this 10-week course, you will learn how to reduce body fat while maintaining lean muscle mass. To achieve this, you will learn how to eat in a deficit and how to choose foods that support maintaining and building lean muscle. You will also follow an intelligently designed add strength and cardio workout plan to encourage fat loss while maintaining your muscle. We will also teach you how to successfully change your behaviors and establish new habits to make this lifestyle. We also have guest experts joining our weekly zoom calls to cover other health and lifestyle topics such as sleep and circadian rhythm, supplements, reverse dieting, relative deficiency in sport, hormone therapies, weight loss medications, and much more. This course is not an accelerated weight loss course. It is designed to be slow and steady and something that is attainable for a lifetime.
