Fat Loss Happens is a semi-annual course aimed at educating women about proper fat loss backed by the latest science and research. This 10 week course teaches you how to track food properly, understanding each macronutrient and each of their roles during fat loss. Weekly education modules on subjects such as: Strength training, cardio, macronutrients, advanced calorie tracking, Menopause, sleep, hydration, training variables, behavior change and more, will provide an exact blueprint on how to lose weight sustainably without losing your health. This course is not an accelerated weight loss course. It is design to be slow and steady and something that is attainable for a lifetime. This program is offered in February and September and is capped at a maximum of 40 people to keep the group intimate and connected. We would love to have you join us!
