Strong Happens Beginner is a great introductory program for those getting back into a regular strength training routine that can be done in the comfort of your own home. This program offers 12 weeks of workouts with new programming blocks offered every two weeks. This is a 3 day per week program that only requires a few dumbbells, ankle weights, and a booty (short) and long band. Strong Happens Beginner is will prepare you for future strength training programs. You will not be disappointed!
