Foundation Happens Intermediate/Advanced programming is a progression of the original Foundation Happens all ability levels plan. This gym and home + workout plan provides more challenges with overload methods such as off -set loading to build up weaker sides and challenge the shoulder stabilizers and opposing side core in different ways. We also bring in tempo variations introducing eccentric-accentuated tempo methods and significantly advanced movements from the original Foundations program. This program has 3 strength training days and 2 cardio days consisting of Zone 2 (LISS) and HIIT cardio sessions in each program. New programming is introduced every two weeks.
