Agility Happens is the first workout plan in the Hailey Happens Fitness app that involves the two greatest bone builders being heavy strength training with absolute power. We find power two ways in the program, using speed or "tempo" for compound movements as well as jump training to increase overall power. We begin each program with some preliminary jumping drills to prepare the body safely for the force we will be requiring it to do. Moving on to program 2, we develop strength endurance to prepare us for the next program. Program 3 we introduce jumping and max strength blocks. Finally, we close out this workout plan with the introduction of french complexes which combines speed and strength with plyometrics and power. This program is a 4 day a week program that is gym based for advanced participants with new programming being introduced every FOUR weeks.
