Results Happen 1.0 Intermediate (Gym) is the gym version of the intermediate tier in the Results Happen collection. The plan runs eight weeks in four two-week programs, each built on a different overload method: ascending circuits, supersets with drop sets, giant sets, and partial pyramid supersets.
The stimulus changes every two weeks. Ascending circuits build work capacity. Supersets with drop sets pair effort with efficiency. Giant sets load a muscle group from several angles in a row. Partial pyramid supersets push the top end of strength. You train five days a week: three full-body strength sessions and two cardio days.
Built for the gym floor: you need access to a cable column, barbell or dumbbells, a leg extension/curl station, and a leg press.
As with any exercise program, you should have clearance from your medical provider before starting. This is especially important if you have low bone density or any medical condition that may affect the safety of these exercises.
