Foundation Happens is a program that every single female should prioritize at some point during a training year. This program is designed to create better movement literacy, muscle symmetry, and balance in the body (left to right, front to back, and prime movers to stabilizers). This program will identify weak links and allow you to build them up to prevent injuries as well as increase strength in the gym.
