This intermediate Fat Loss Program is designed for women that have experience in the weights room (comfortable with a barbell) and have some experience with some HIIT Training. This program is a 6/day per week program involving both weight training and cardio. The cardio can be done on a variety of machines (treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, etc.)
Over 20 years of fitness experience, now devoted to helping women in their 40s and beyond experience the benefits of strength training.
